Learn effective stress reduction strategies for your body, mind, and spirit. Explore self-care topics, practical strategies, and experiences. Practice responding rather than reacting, and consider ways to become more joyful and aware of the mind-body connection.
Cath Tease, health and well-being educator with UW-Extension Manitowoc County facilitates the workshop held weekly through Nov. 11.
