An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until June 28, 2021
Learn effective stress reduction strategies for body, mind and spirit. Explore self-care topics, practical strategies and experiences. Through self-reflection and small group activities, practice responding rather than reacting, and consider ways to become more joyful and aware of the mind-body connection.
Cath Tease, health and well-being educator with UW-Extension Manitowoc County facilitates these eight 30-minute sessions held Mondays and Wednesdays throughout June.
