An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until March 30, 2022

Evidence-based chair or standing strength training for all levels! The program is provided through the UW-Madison Extension Health & Wellbeing program.

Strength training has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and arthritis–and it makes you feel good, healthy and alive!

Classes are held at the Senior Center on Mondays and Wednesdays January 10-March 30, 2022. Attend one, a few, or all of the classes. One Wellness Card punch per class.

Senior Center members: 10 punches for $10. Non-members: 10 punches for $15. Register in advance by calling (920)793-5596.
