Secure Shred & Electronics Drive

Trucks located in the Senior Center parking lot.
Dispose of sensitive documents. Bring up to five grocery bags’ worth of paper for free shredding.

Some items require a small fee to dispose of, since they may contain hazardous materials, such as lead, cadmium, or other heavy metals and substances that are detrimental to the environment and costly to recycle. Make sure these electronics don’t end up in rivers, ditches, or landfills!
Items with fees:
$10 — Refrigerators/freezers, monitors
$5 — Items containing freon (AC units, dehumidifiers, etc.)
$15-30 — TVs (fee varies by size)
Not accepted: light bulbs, paints/solvents, and medicine.
