Freezing & Food Preservation

August is the height of food preservation season. To help prevent food waste, learn about resources for freezing, drying and canning fresh produce as well as how to store produce for longer shelf life.
The virtual presentation is presented by UW Food Science Extension Specialist Dr. Barbara Ingham and will be broadcast live following the Strong Bodies exercise class.
