Alive & Aware: Mindfulness

As little as five minutes of practice a day can reduce stress and anxiety and increase overall well-being. Explore strategies to develop or maintain a meditation habit. Presented by Cath, health educator at UW Extension Manitowoc.

Part of a six-week wellness program with sessions held Fridays through July 8. Register at least one day in advance by calling (920)793-5596.

FREE for Two Rivers Senior Center members; $3 for  guests.

For each session you preregister for and attend, your name is entered for a door prize at the end of the program.
